ABC’s Workforce Collaborative is a convening space for workforce development practitioners and program leads, built on the belief that every resident deserves the opportunity for meaningful work and a hopeful future.
The Collaborative’s primary goal is to enable local workforce professionals to educate and support one another in improving practices, shaping equitable policies, and advancing a collective approach to better workforce outcomes. Through shared learning and collaboration, participants discuss best practices, exchange resources, and engage in joint problem-solving to strengthen pathways to employment, training, and economic mobility across Baltimore and beyond.
A nod to ABC’s former Community of Practice, this renewed convening invites workforce leaders across industries to come together for a lunch session designed to strengthen our collective approach to mitigating barriers in workforce development—ensuring that our work leads to substantive outcomes and remains firmly rooted in the goal of true economic empowerment for Baltimore’s communities.
